We offer Notary Public services in Massachusetts by appointment only. We can schedule a meetup in the Milton area or the Boston area. We also travel to the following areas - in Norfolk County: Braintree, Canton, Dedham, Braintree, Milton, Needham, Norwood, Quincy, Randolph, Westwood, & Weymouth Plymouth County: Hingham & Hull.
How much will this cost?
By the details you provide in advance. That will allow us to provide you a quote before we agree to work together.
which forms do you notarize?
Wills, Power of Attorney, Spousal consent forms, Health Care Directives, School Residency Forms, I-9 Employment Verification Form, Reference Letters, Provide Witnesses, Divorce Documents, Personal Reference Letters, Lease Agreements, Travel Consent Forms, Safety Deposit Box Witness, Certified Copies, and More…
Currently we do NOT notarize loan documents, but we will in the future.
why is a consultation call necessary?
Because no two jobs are the same. We’ll provide an intake form to determine your location and setting, the number and type of forms you need notarized, and a few other details that you will find on the google intake form.
Unsure of how to use a google form, we can complete the form over the phone.
then how is cost determined??
By the details you provide in advance. That will allow us to provide you a quote before we agree to work together.
my forms require witnesses, can you provide them?
Yes! Subject to availability. This is another question on my google intake form. Note: their time will be accounted for in the total cost of the job that you will know before we decide to work together.
do you travel to hospitals, jails, and nursing homes?
Yes! We travel to Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, Jails, Schools, Offices, Parks, Restaurants, Colleges, Banks, Airports, Real Estate Offices, Law Firms and More...
what forms of payment do you take and when do i pay?
Currently we ONLY take electronic payment via Zelle & Venmo. PayPal can be arranged as well.
when is payment due?
FULL payment is due 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If the job does not take place and it is our fault, your entire fee will be refunded. Otherwise, you will be refunded less travel costs if the job is canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
are you insured?
Yes we are and we are happy to share details of the policy upon request.
